Editor Writer Podcaster

I should probably have a website, huh?
You may know me from Game Informer where I am an executive editor or MinnMax where I am a cohost. I do other things at other places, too.
A bit of history
I began writing for Game Informer magazine in 2011, but was laid off in 2019. I returned in 2022 to take on the role of magazine content director. But then I was laid off again in 2024 when the publication was shuttered. But in 2025 Game Informer was resurrected and I am back as an executive editor.

Outside of Game Informer I am a cohost at MinnMax. I wrote a book about The Legend of Zelda. I hosted a daily video game news podcast called Gaming Ride Home. I wrote for sites like IGN, Polygon, and The Washington Post. I worked for the video game publisher, GameMill Entertainment, on games like Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. I was GameSpot's mobile games editor. I worked with Thorium Entertainment on UnderMine 2. I am also a decent cook.
